Day Before Christmas

Today I let Cameron open his Christmas Eve present early! He got a cash register that he absolutely loves. He's already bought all kinds of things with his money, including his breakfast! There is much more excitment to come, we look foreward to tomorrow morning.

Santa Clause

We visit Santa at the Train Museum in Nevada City. Cameron walked cautiously up to SC and sat down on his lap, he seemed nervous, but quickly warmed up to him and didn't want to get off! They supposedly had free train rides going on that we didn't find out about until after the fact. We'll have to try it again next year I guess!

Got a taste of the Christmas Spirit!

We just decorated our house for Christmas two days ago, and Cameron wanted to take some pictures in front of our christmas tree! He also took this picture of summer in her "gym" as he calls it. lol He was so excited to take it and did an excellent job...what do you think?

Summer turned 5 months today!!

Summer is officially sitting up all by herself, she doesn't need the boppy but I keep it there just to be safe! :)

Summer's First Rice Ceral Experience!!!!!!!!

We introduced Summer to rice cereal, and let me tell you, she loved the new food experience! After eating rice cereal, and nursing for a little bit, she then decided that she wanted Camerons sandwich that he was eating, she was literally pulling towards Cameron and whining. She also opened her mouth wide and inched her way towards him. She wanted it Baad! lol

Camerons Classroom Halloween Fun!

Camerons Classroom had a blast on Halloween. Cameron happened to be the "kid of the day", so he led his friends in the parade to show off their costumes. He got to be the third pumpkin in "5 little pumpkins" so he got to say "I don't care", and loved it lol. Summer and I participated in all the fun with Cameron, our main objective of course was picture taking for myself and a couple other moms. It was a great day for us all!

Here's Summer after her hhhuuuhhh...long, exhausting, rather exciting time watching Cameron play games. Like always she was perfect, quietly watched and had a blast.

Fireman Cameron

Heres Mr. Fireman Cameron with his friend Jasmine (rheann). They are both having a blast at Camerons School Carnival. Cameron enjoyed himself while participating in activities which won him tickets, the cakewalk and eventually prizes at the end of the night. He also won a cake from the cakewalk. Cameron chose to be unique by sporting his costume with shorts instead of the traditional pants. He realized later that he preferred pants with his fireman costume.

Sorry us four didn't fit into this photo, I tried! lol This was taken just today. It was a tough day for Cameron and Summer with their colds. Poor kiddos, especially Summer, she was absolutely miserable!

First Foods

Alright, so we decided to try sweet potatoes for Summers first foods and it didn't quite work out as planned. Summer doesn't care for sweet potatoes as you can see in the second photo. But the great spirit and temperment that she has, she can always smile under stress. lol We missed capturing the " I think I might puke face", but I think you might still get the hint she doesn't look very thrilled. By the way, her big grin is because her brother walked in the room!

Now you can really see how much cameron and summer love each other. This goes on in our house constantly, it really is fun to see it! In this video cameron is lifting her leg up and down, and this is making Summer laugh hysterically!

Mommy and Summer or "Sum Sum" as cameron would call her, shopping again! We've made quite the habit of shopping together, most of the time shes bright eyed and bushy tailed and then she get's over stimulated and this happens...it's so cuuuuuuuuute!! She's really got an early start as my shopping partner yay...we will make great lifetime shopping partners I'm sure. LOL

Soccer Practice!

Cameron at Soccer Practice playing soccer for the first time ever...very impressive!! He had an absolute blast, loves soccer, could maybe use lots of goalie pratice but a natural at every other aspect of the sport. And this is Summer after about 45 minutes of excitement watching her brother!!

Arn't We Adorable?!

Cameron and Summer snuggling right before bedtime. Can't you see the tired in those eyes? Today I got my new camera in the mail and I figured I'd snap a couple photos of my babies! Today was a great day, we were walking in K-mart when Cameron jumped onto the front of the cart, and Summer just started laughing histerically! Then of course since Cameron made her laugh, he did it again over and over and we walked through the store with all of us laughing and having a great time. I love being mommy it is so much fun! Anytime Cameron can make Summer laugh he will jump on the opportunity. Sometimes he will run in circles for long periods of time while Summer stands on my lap jumping up and down talking and laughing.

A bit of Summer in the Fall

Here's my daughter and I, she is so adorable!! I wasn't going to post this picture because I don't have a recent one with my son and I didn't think it was fair,but my sister talked me into it. I just love my baby, she is so interactive with all of us especially her brother, he is her favorite!

Playing catch up

So, since I started my blog yesterday and my son has already started Kindergarten, I am going to take this time to catch up with my sharing. He is a young kindergartner but a very bright boy. He turned 5 after school started, but the teacher said as far as age goes he's with at least half of the class. I wanted to share a couple pictures from his first day of kindergarten! He is so so cute! Look how excited he is!

Okay, here's a photo of my hubby, a little bit happier in this photo than he is right now! Poor guy! I feel bad for him, I asked him if he thought that it felt like childbirth, and he said no "just like somebody kicked me in the balls"! Ouch!
